Traditional materials have been preserved, and a once-forgotten shrimp pond has been restored, creating a natural environment rich in biodiversity.
From Abandonment to Rebirth: The Story of the Farmhouse
Originally listed in the Gregorian land registry, the farmhouse began as a simple shed before becoming a country home in the 18th century. After decades of abandonment, the current owners discovered it in ruins and, captivated by the breathtaking views and special energy of the place, embarked on a long and challenging restoration. Over four years of dedicated work, the farmhouse was rebuilt using traditional materials and sustainable techniques, giving life to the agriturismo “Il Giardino degli Elfi,” an authentic place full of history.
